Roxanne was polite & professional when I called additional times to made sure to include all the family members names to the card, and followed through with my request to send me a picture of the flower arrangement. My husband and I live in Wyoming. Our daughter was fixing to leave the Scottsbluff area. I'd ordered a couple items from The Flower Basket and had asked if there was any way to get the delivery to her earlier than later because we knew she was itching to hit the road.
The deliverer was prompt and kind and our kiddo was grateful to receive the gift.
The products were lovely and the personal touch was greatly appropriated!
